— 香港アーティスト3名と過ごす、夕暮れの2時間 —
スープの香り、チョコレートの甘さ、そして歌声。
この夜は、3人の香港アーティストとともに、食がひらく「記憶」の扉をゆっくりとくぐります。
本イベントは、2026年4月18日（土）〜26日（日）開催の展覧会「島と島の間、花と月（とみかんと虫とうちわ）―能古島と4人の香港アーティスト」に参加するフィービー・マン、サラ・ツェ、ウォン・カインの3名をお迎えする、特別な夕べです。
アーティストたちが持ち寄るのは、香港スタイルの手作りスープと軽食。
テーブルを囲みながら、食にまつわる記憶を参加者同士で自由に語り合います。
ウォン・カインとともに貝殻型のチョコレートをつくる体験も。
そして、この夜のハイライトは、サラ・ツェによる「校歌のパフォーマンス」。かつて学校だったグランドスタジオのステージで、来場者と日本語の子どもの頃の歌を一緒に歌います。時代も場所も違う人々の声が重なり合う、静かで豊かなひとときになるでしょう。
言葉の壁は心配いりません。当日は日本語・英語・中国語・広東語の通訳サポートをご用意しています。

■ ゲスト
フィービー・マン
フィービー・マンは、香港城市大学の准教授であり、マルチメディア・アーティスト、キュレーターとしても活動しています。社会と深く関わるアートやコミュニティ・アートを専門とし、観客との対話を重視しています。アニメーション作品「Post #MeToo」は国際的に評価され、世界17の美術館や映画祭で上映されました。また、ヴェニス・ビエンナーレや光州ビエンナーレをはじめ、200以上の展覧会・映画祭で展示を行いました。パラサイト・アートスペースの創設メンバーの一人でもあります。
ウォン・カ・イン
ウォン・カ・インは、香港を拠点に活動するアーティスト、キュレーターです。異なる媒体で作品制作し、ジェンダー、クィア・アイデンティティ、労働やマイノリティの権利など、社会的なテーマに取り組んでいます。アーティスト活動に加え、展覧会の企画や執筆を通じて積極的に社会と関わっています。これまでにM+、大館（Tai Kwun）、パラサイト・アートスペースなどで作品を発表し、ゲーテ・インスティトュート香港、Eaton HK、Oil!アートセンターなどでキュレーションを行ってきました。
サラ・ツェ
サラ・ツェは香港を拠点に活動するアーティストです。サイトスペシフィック・インスタレーション、陶芸、アーカイブ資料、ドローイング、個人の所蔵品など多様なメディアを用いて、没入感のある空間を生み出します。自然、個人の記憶、自然史、地図、日常、移住といったテーマを探求し、一見無関係に見える日常の断片を織り交ぜることで、「帰属する」ということの本質を観客に問いかけます。
国際的に展示を行なっており、香港美術館主催の香港現代美術ビエンナーレ、および新北市鶯歌陶磁博物館主催の台湾国際陶芸ビエンナーレでの受賞歴があります。
— An evening of two hours with three Hong Kong artists —
The aroma of soup, the sweetness of chocolate, and the sound of voices. This evening invites participants to gently step through a doorway of “memory” opened by food, reflecting on how taste, memory, and shared experience intertwine.
This special gathering welcomes Phoebe Man, Sara Tse, and Wong Ka Ying, three Hong Kong artists participating in the upcoming exhibition Weaving the Islands: Four Hong Kong Artists on Noko Island (April 18–26, 2026).
The artists will bring Hong Kong–style homemade soups and snacks, around which participants are invited to share personal memories related to food. A hands-on activity to create shell-shaped chocolates with Wong Ka Ying will also take place.
The highlight of the evening is a school song performance by Sara Tse. On the stage of the grand studio—once a school—participants will be invited to sing familiar childhood songs in Japanese, as voices come together across time and place.
(Interpretation support will be available, so you are welcome to participate in Japanese, English, Mandarin Chinese, or Cantonese.)

Phoebe Man
Phoebe Man is a multimedia artist, independent curator, and Associate Professor of the School of Creative Media at City University of Hong Kong. Her research focuses on women’s art, art of social participation, and community art. Her animation “Post #MeToo” was recognized internationally, and has exhibited in over 200 venues including the Venice and Gwangju Biennales, and is a founding member of Para/Site Art Space.
Wong Ka Ying
Wong Ka Ying (b.1990) is a Hong Kong-based artist, curator, and writer. She works across media such as photography, collage, text, and painting, focusing on social issues like gender, queer identity, and labour rights. Her works have been shown at institution including M+, Tai Kwun, and Para Site. She has curated for organizations like Goethe-Institut Hong Kong and Eaton HK.
Sara Tse
Sara Tse, based in Hong Kong, creates immersive environments using diverse media, including site-specific installations, ceramic sculptures, archival materials, drawings, and personal objects. Her work explores themes of nature, personal memories, natural history, cartography, domesticity, migration, and displacement. By weaving together seemingly unrelated aspects of daily life, she encourages audiences to reflect on the essence of belonging.
Tse’s art has been showcased both locally and internationally, attracting attention from collectors and institutions alike. Notable accolades include awards from the Hong Kong Art Biennial Exhibition at the Hong Kong Museum of Art and the Taiwan Ceramic Biennale at the New Taipei City Yingge Ceramics Museum.
